No. There is no franchise fee, no royalty, no territory and no use of the Handy's name. You run your own business under your own brand and set your own prices. You can cancel the membership any month.

We do not promise any revenue or income, and nobody can honestly promise it. Tim's numbers are his own business's results, self-reported, and not typical. Our promises are about deliverables: what you get, when you get it, and the guarantees below.

Skool is Tim's community: posts, peer discussion and the Skool course library. Membership adds the weekly group calls with recordings, Handy's OS, the benchmarking dashboard, role-based training, the resource library and vendor member pricing.

Yes. Tier 1 can be paid in 3 monthly payments and Tier 2 in 6. Tiers 3 and 4 have 12-month options through a financing partner. Starting from zero? An SBA microloan (up to $50,000) through a local intermediary is worth a look.

SalesUp, the marketing and office-talent partner Handy's runs on. It is set up under its own SalesUp agreement, the first 3 months are included in Tier 4, and after that it is optional and month to month. Nobody is required to buy marketing from SalesUp or anyone else.

No. Members build their own brand. We do not license the Handy's name, logo or any certification badge for use with your customers.

Membership: cancel any time, and your first 30 days are refundable. Tier 1: if within 30 days you have not found at least 10 templates or SOPs you will put to work, ask for a full refund. Tiers 2 to 4: the milestone guarantee below.

The operating system members work out of: command center, pipeline, estimates and pricing, jobs and job costing, team scorecard and bonus, SOP library, training and numbers. Today it runs on demo data so you can learn the structure; connecting your own field software is on the roadmap.

No, but most members use one. The templates include setup guides for both. We are not tied to any software vendor.

No. We teach you how Handy's markets, and SalesUp can set up your marketing under a separate optional agreement. Nobody can promise you leads, jobs or revenue, and we do not.
