What we collect
- Forms: the details you type in (name, email, phone, company, state) and your answers in our tools when you ask us to email you a result.
- Account: your account details, package choices, orders and onboarding progress. Passwords are stored as salted hashes.
- Usage: pages viewed, tool starts and clicks, with a random session ID and the campaign that brought you (UTM tags, ad click IDs), stored in our own database.
- Ad pixels: if enabled, Meta Pixel and Google tags set cookies to measure our ads. You can block them in your browser.
How we use it
To send you what you asked for, run your membership, improve the site and measure our ads. With your consent we send occasional emails; every email has an unsubscribe option.
Who we share it with
- Our service providers: Cloudflare (hosting and database), SalesUp (builds and runs the site), our email provider and payment processor (Stripe) once connected.
- Vendors you choose: only when you ask for an introduction.
- We never sell your personal information.
Your choices
Ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Unsubscribe from any email. Residents of some states (for example California) have additional rights, which we honor.
Retention
We keep lead and account data while you are a member or in touch with us, and delete it on request unless the law requires us to keep it.
